Why I Created the Wellith Method

I created Wellith because I spent years trying to follow other people’s routines—meditations, habits, rituals that worked for them… but didn’t really stick for me. It wasn’t until I learned how to listen to myself that everything shifted. This course teaches you the same thing: how to build a practice that fits who you are, not who someone else is.
